Had a $50 "style". was bad, so a different Barber tried to fix it. End result , I have to keep going back as it grows out, so it can be further blended together. This was of course no charge. So, I need to keep booking until the cut will be good. Both times the [product used on my hair made it look ok, until washing. I refuse to use any product but good shampoo. NO gels, etc. These are photos, after the first repair. My one star is because they made an effort to correct. Unfortunately, the option of shaving to a buzz cut, or make multiple returns over time, are not acceptable.I'm not posting photos, but have some. The effort to repair was commendable, however the result is still enough to prevent future expenditures of fuel and time. Was given the excuse there was miscommunication. Not taking responsibility and making excuses will keep me away.

The best haircut experience ever. Welcoming and great atmosphere, incredible haircut, and Hollis is just absolutely amazing.

I’ve had some great haircuts here, but have decided to stop going because of a recent experience.I had an appointment for a buzz cut, had lost my keys, finally found the spares, but was running about 5 - 10 minutes behind. I called on my way and was told that there was no way they could accommodate me and they removed me from the list. Cmon… there was no way to squeeze someone in who was already on the way, had called to give an update and was only 5 - 10 minutes behind? Felt pretty lame.Guess I must have picked the only day the place was packed. Because I’ve never seen more than a couple people in at a time, typically with one barber milling around.On top of that, it’s awkward how much the barbers complain about customers while working so I don’t think I’ll be going back.
